Facilitating a caring relationship
This course is delivered one day a week over three weeks. It looks at carers strengths and weaknesses in order to build on confidence and skills. It looks at best ways to facilitate a caring relationship that promotes independence and empowerment for both service users and staff. All Learners will have a workbook to complete during their own time which averages 8 hours of home learning.
