The client must pay for courses/Assignments 7 days before commencement in order to secure booking.   

You may substitute one candidate for another at no charge 

Courses or Assignment cancelled at least 7 days before the course commencement, 50% of the original deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course commencement then no refund will be issued, the Full amount still will need to be made. 

1. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing or email 
2. On receipt of the booking form, you have entered into a contract with Bright-SparkTraining solutions (Lee Lilleybond). An invoice will be raised the payment should be made before commencement of the scheduled training. 
3. The Balance must be paid no later than friday after course completion/Assignment where agreed. 
4. Hiring body will be charged mileage as per agreement. 
5. Any costs incurred by the trainer relating to the booking will be charged to the hirer, travel cost, out of pocket expenses & hotel accommodation, if trainer has to travel for more than 2.5 hrs, and they suffer with fatigue they will not be expected to travel home after delivery course material unless it is safe for them to do so. 
6. The hirer will pay mileage at a rate of 45 pence per mile unless agreed otherwise with Bright-Spark Training solutions.   
7. Bright-Spark Training Solutions (Lee Lilleybond) cannot accept any liability for injury sustained by any participants during the training course or participants personal belongings. All safe techniques will be taught to participants and all reasonable care will be taken. Participants that are pregnant or suffer with back problems should be identify themselves to the course leader before the course begins.   
8. Bright-Spark Training Solutions has the right to refuse an attendee entry to the presentation if the course fee is not paid before the date of the course. 
9. if a delegate can no longer attend a course date, they can nominate another person to attend the same course date in their place. This will incur no charge. 
10. Learners will have the opportunity to buy Health care related goods from bright-spark training and be able to buy their own certificates if they wish from us.   
11. Late payments may incur a late payment charge of 10% per day for every day late and you may forfeit your space(s) on the course. 
12. If you require certificates they will be charged at £7.50 Per Learner, additionally to the course if assignment is on a freelance basis. 
13. Confidentiality Statement - The material and information (together called the course content) provided to you during this course is confidential and is the property of Bright-Spark Training Solutions (Lee Lilleybond).   
14. The course content is not to be copied, reproduced, or adapted in any format or used for any other purpose, including, but not restricted to, the presentation of skills training courses or similar forms of training for third parties.   
15. The obligations set out above shall not apply to any part of the course content which subsequently enters the public domain.

17. All information collated by
Bright-spark training
solutions will be handled as
per GDPR requirements for
no longer than necessary.
