Caring Aspirations 5 day course

Caring Aspirations course will give your care staff the knowledge and skills in order to deliver and understand legislations and laws around being a carer. They will evaluate their own skills as based on the care certificate. They will have a work book to complete that will follow them through to their working practices that have to be signed off by senior members of staff, there is role playing activities, group work, presentations and practical activities, this course also covered within it basic manual handling training and basic life support in order to give new to the career the skills they need to start working safely.
